Since I arrived Friday night, it has been non-stop partying
here. Saturday I had a good practice and went out to a nightclub called 'Jet' at the Mirage where we stayed. Last
night we had a tennis party at the hotel and the after party was at 'Light' nightclub at the Ballagio so you can tell that
it has been rough the last couple of nights. I feel good and from today will just do the dinner thing. Vegas is different
and so much happening. You have to have fun but also do your thing on court - as long as it does not interfere with tennis,
it's all good.

Today's match could not have been more flat than a pancake. Missed really easy shots
and could not find the court. We were 6-0 2-0 down and then 3-2 up, 4-3 up, 5-4 up, and could not finish it. I was really
frustrated to lose a match like this. From now on I'm going to work even harder - don't want to feel this way again.
Thanks for following and supporting us this week, hopefully I will get the opportunity to do this again, in the future.
Thanks
again

Hi Again!
Had an easy morning, great work out, then chilled and got ready for my
match. We played pretty solid, and pleased with the win. It was a very emotional day, because 3 years ago yesterday was my
accident, which as you may or may not know, was life changing.
Enjoyed some time at home just thinking of the day 3
years ago, and where I’m at now. I just phoned home to South Africa, spoke with my family which is always nice as I
don’t see them nearly as much as I’d like to.
Had a clinic earlier with the kids, enjoyed that, then had
a massage & dinner. Tomorrow we are last match on, fingers crossed!

Welcome to my first blog entry, I am looking forward to running a trial blog this week in
Delray, and basically seeing how it goes! I had an early morning today, and did a lot of my rehabilitation work on my hip
– a problem I have had a lot. I had been looking forward to practicing afterwards, but it began to rain, so I went to
the gym instead.
I had lunch with Chris [Haggard] and Wesley [Moodie], chilled with them a little bit, before going
outside to do some serves, once the rain had cleared and the courts had dried some. Just chilling out while I am writing this
first entry, planning to head out to the courts shortly and play a practice set hopefully.
After that, I’ll probably
get a massage, relax & watch a movie with dinner. Finally, I want to make sure I am ready for tomorrow’s match against
Gimelstob/Thomas.
Thanks for reading
